Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms govern the use of Running Lab, the private platform Luis del Águila uses to follow the training of the athletes he coaches. By creating your account or using the platform, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Access and acceptance

Access to Running Lab is by invitation from Luis del Águila only; there is no open sign-up. By accepting the invitation and creating your account you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. The service

Running Lab lets your coach plan your training, analyse your sessions, follow your wellness and communicate with you, and lets you view your plan and log your activity. It can import activities from services you connect, such as Strava. Your coach uses artificial intelligence tools to support analysis and planning. AI-generated content may contain errors and is subject to your coach's review and judgement. We may change, suspend or discontinue features of the platform. We will take reasonable steps to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for not sharing your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You must provide truthful information, especially about your health, injuries and fitness, because your coach bases your plan on it.

4. Fees

Running Lab does not charge you for using the platform. The financial terms of your coaching are agreed directly with Luis del Águila, outside the platform, and are not governed by these Terms.

5. Health and sporting risk

Running Lab is a training follow-up tool, not a medical service. Neither the platform nor AI-generated content replaces the advice of a healthcare professional. Physical exercise carries risks. Before starting or changing your training, make sure your health allows it and consult a doctor if in doubt. Stop and seek professional advice if you feel pain, dizziness or any worrying symptom. You train at your own responsibility.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: Use the platform for unlawful purposes. Try to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data or systems. Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code. Use automated tools to extract data from the platform. Share, sell or redistribute your coach's methodology and content. Use the platform in a way that harms other users or its infrastructure.

7. Intellectual property

The Running Lab platform (design, code and documentation) and brand belong to their owners. Luis del Águila's methodology and training content are his; you receive them for your personal use and may not copy or redistribute them. Your data remains yours. You authorise us to process it solely to provide the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy. You can ask us for a copy of your data at any time.

8. Liability

The platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for interruptions or data loss caused by failures of third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or affects the rights the law grants to consumers.

9. Termination

You can stop using Running Lab and ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to info@formalabs.es. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or when your coaching relationship with Luis del Águila ends. After closure, your data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims before the courts of your place of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects the mandatory rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or inside the app with reasonable notice. If you keep using Running Lab after the change takes effect you accept it; if you disagree, you can close your account.

12. Contact
