Terms of Service

By creating an account or using FORMA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use FORMA. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

FORMA is an AI-native training platform for endurance athletes and coaches. The Service includes: AI-powered training plan generation based on your coaching methodology. Session analysis and compliance scoring. Methodology management tools. Integrations with third-party fitness platforms. Coach-athlete management tools. AI functionality is included with all subscription plans via monthly AI credit.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. Coach accounts may manage athlete accounts as part of their subscription. Coaches are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent from athletes to manage their training data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

FORMA offers monthly subscription plans priced in EUR. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your payment method. All plans include a monthly AI credit allowance. Additional AI credit can be purchased as top-up packs. Unused top-up credit rolls over month to month; included monthly credit does not roll over. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial without being charged. Refunds: If you cancel within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds are provided for the current billing period. Coaches handle athlete billing independently, outside of FORMA.

Each FORMA subscription includes a monthly AI credit allowance. AI credits are consumed when you use AI features such as training plan generation, session analysis, and coaching chat. Additional AI credits can be purchased as top-up packs. Unused top-up credits roll over month to month. Included monthly credits do not roll over. For coach plans, AI credits cover all athletes linked to the coach's account.

You agree not to: Use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code. Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service. Share, sell, or redistribute AI-generated content in bulk. Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored professional medical or training advice. Use the Service in a way that could harm other users or the platform's infrastructure.

The FORMA platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of FORMA. Your data: You retain full ownership of your training data, methodology documents, and any content you create on the platform. We do not claim ownership of your data. AI-generated content: Training plans, analyses, and other AI-generated content are produced using your data and methodology. You may use this content freely for your training or coaching purposes. Methodology documents you create remain yours. If you leave FORMA, you can export your data.

FORMA is a training management tool, not a medical service. AI-generated training plans and analyses are informational and should not replace professional medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORMA shall not be liable for: Injuries resulting from following AI-generated training plans. Data loss due to third-party service outages (Neon, Azure, Anthropic). Costs incurred from API key usage. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your data remains accessible for 30 days. After 30 days, data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain. For EU consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
